LAHORE SMART CITY MASTER PLAN
When initiating the Lahore Smart City master plan framework, the project developers envisioned the creation of a high-level urbanised initiative; a residential society that would offer affordable yet efficient living spaces along with innovative and consumer-driven facilities.
As per the project plan, the development will comprise two blocks; namely the ‘Executive Block’ and the ‘Overseas Block’. Each of these sections, in turn, will feature residential plots of 5, 10, and 20 marlas.
The Executive Block will offer exclusive property ownership opportunities for genuine buyers and investors residing in the country; while the Overseas Block, as its name implies, will specifically caters to the investment demands of Pakistanis living abroad.
LAHORE SMART CITY PAYMENT PLAN
The residential plots in both blocks are available for booking at 10% down payment and 10% confirmation charges submission, while the remaining cost will be payable on a 3.5-year easy instalment plan. According to the project details revealed so far, these payments will not include plot development charges.

On the other hand, if buyers wish to pay 50% down payment, they can save 5% on the full submission amount – and if they choose to pay the lump sum figure, they can save up to 10%.
