Gujranwala lies on the golden belt of GT Road. With many new housing schemes and big builders and developers entering the city with high-end projects, the city has lately emerged as a good choice for making sound real estate investments. Although the concept of walled and gated housing communities is somewhat new for the people of Gujranwala, such societies are increasingly becoming more popular, making real estate a thriving sector for investment in Gujranwala. In fact, multiple deals take place on a daily basis in different housing schemes.
Gujranwala is witnessing investment influx from all across the globe, as property rates here are affordable and the offered capital gain ratio is better than that in many other cities. Citi housing Gujranwala
Citi Housing Gujranwala the most promising locality in terms of sale-purchase activity and returns on investment. The society management has been smart, as, from time to time, they acquire more land and launch new commercial and residential plots. This is something that interests investors, genuine buyers and estate agents.
It is also expected that Citi Housing Gujranwala will be link to Sheikhupura Road, which will make it even more accessible from all sides. From 15th August 2016 onwards, file transfers in Phase 1 and Phase 2 are being done per the government rules and regulations but for Waffa (the Citi Housing Phase 3) old procedure is still being followed.
Master City Gujranwala
Master City Gujranwala shows an impressive pace of development. Keeping its promises, the developer does not comprise with the quality of development. Since the date of its launch, Master City has astonished all by timely balloting plots and most importantly by giving possession to owners. No wonder Master City is on the road to success and if it keeps going at the same pace, it will reach new heights of popularity and make it mandatory for other developers to follow the benchmark set by them.
DHA Gujranwala has seen a rapid increase in prices during the last 3 months. The DHA has rewarded everyone who had patience and kept DHA files for a long time, as value of these files has now gone up by 50%. DHA Gujranwala is yet to be officially launched. Even dates for balloting and possession have yet to be announced, but this project will prove to be a highly rewarding investment in the time ahead.
Fazaia Housing Scheme Gujranwala
Fazaia Housing Scheme Gujranwala has the best location among all housing projects in Gujranwala. Fazaia attracted a massive amount of foreign investment to the city. Though there is no doubt that this society opened up new horizons of investment, development work in the society is not being undertaken at an impressive pace. Even, the balloting of 5-marla and 10-marla plots has yet to done. Fazaia has also launched Samhan Homes on instalments, construction of which has already started. Fazaia plans to build 100 units in Samhan Homes.
Royal Palm City
Royal Palm City is a recently launched hot investment spot in Gujranwala. Launched in August 2016, it is located just opposite Citi Housing. Palm City will be connected to GT Road via an underpass. At the moment, director quota files are being offered on cash at a price than that of files available on instalments. Palm City has offered a payment plan of 14 quarterly instalments to be paid in 3.5 years. This is an ideal payment plan for salaried persons and the price breakdown is actually very attractive. Development work has not been started properly in the society, however, property prices in Royal Palm City are likely to go up with the completion of the underpass.
After the success of Phases I and II, development work is being carried out on Phase III of Garden Town. The project boasts an excellent location, as it is surrounded by universities, schools and colleges and witnesses a great demand for rental properties. Garden Town is the only society where two mixed-use buildings including Saremco Centre are being built. This housing project has seen good sale-purchase activity and is becoming popular among investors and home buyers.
You must know that commercial activity is also increasing in Gujranwala. Furthermore, the demand for high-quality living is being taken care of very well. In the recent years, I have seen many families shifting from rural areas around Gujranwala to the housing schemes located in the city.
