The most exciting thing about the project right now is the fact that booking is due to begin on December 31 … a date that’s just a few days away! The booking process will take place in DHA’s Phase V office.
Looks like the New Year will be off to a good start, especially for those who are interested in this project. This also means that details regarding the prices, payment plan, and other similar matters will be revealed soon. We really hope that the rates and payment options make these units well within the reach of many people. Let’s keep our fingers crossed!
Location & development
It was mentioned in a previous blog that DHA Pentasquare will be close to Jalal Sons in DHA Phase V. Doesn’t that sound ideal? I mean, you can simply venture out of your apartment building onto the wide streets of CCA Phase V and into Jalal Sons to purchase all the goodies you want.
Even though development has not begun yet, a DHA official has told us that it will begin soon after the booking process is complete. The site is designed to give a panoramic view of lush greenery, as more than 62% of the surrounding area is green and beautiful.
Facilities and amenities
As it is DHA we are talking about, we have to expect the best of the best. The complex provides accommodation for domestic help, which is a very convenient addition. Moreover, the building has a food court, a hyper market, a swimming pool, gymnasium and spa, and is equipped with cargo lifts, elevators, and escalators. Oh my goodness, I am liking it already!
And that’s not all. There’s a 24-hour electricity generator, indoor community halls, a day care centre (hallelujah for the working mommies!), and a state-of-the-art cinema room! Wow, I seriously need to ask my father to loan me his cheque book come December 31.
The list goes on, folks. There is also a 24-hour medical facility, handicap access, an integrated building management system, plumbing and garbage chute facilities, a parking management system, a security control centre and 24/7 CCTV surveillance.
I really want to know what price tag is attached to the project. However, the information I’ve received so far sounds good. I am personally rather impressed with the combination of facilities that DHA PentaSquare plans to offer. It certainly sounds like a high-end project but as DHA developments usually come with a premium price, we can expect the prices to represent the grandeur of the project.
However, you never know. Only time will tell how much this project is asking investors to pull out of their pockets. Rest assured, I’ll update you if I come to know of any additional developments. So what do you think of this project so far?
