DHA pentasquare a luxury residential project in lahore

Defence Housing Authority (DHA) has launched an exclusive, luxurious residential venture in the provincial capital of Punjab – named DHA Pentasquare. It will be a multi-storey tower comprising of commercial units, offices and apartments. Recently, the authority has announced to start booking for this project from December 31, 2015.


Another significant aspect of this mega project is that it is a DHA owned project so investors must not worry about the authenticity and possession. The management is expected to claim this project within 2 years.

 DHA Lahore Pentasquare will be located in Phase V near Jalal Sons in CCA Area, from where you can directly access the Main Boulevard. The prime location of the project makes it more viable investment option for genuine investors.

Moreover, the prospective residents will be able to enjoy the panoramic view in surroundings as the area is being designed and upgraded to look more serene, green and beautiful.

 DHA management has dedicated 79 kanal for this awe-inspiring project, where 200 feet high-rise building will be constructed. Though the development work has not yet started but soon after the booking process, management will initiate the development.

DHA Pentasquare will offer 1, 2 and 3 bedroom super-luxury apartments, spectacular shopping mall, corporate office units. The project is particularly designed for the ones who want to keep residence and work at one place.

Through a newspaper advert, the management has just disclosed the booking date but did not reveal any other detail regarding the price, payment plan and apartment designs. As per detail, there will be 100 – 1 bedroom apartments, 139 – 2 bedroom apartments and 156 – 3 bedroom apartments along with 16 offices, and 35 shops.

As we all know that it is DHA Lahore’s very own apartment project, so we must expect the best from it besides accommodation and basic facilities.
