Development Charges Schedule for Re-Balloted Plots DHA Valley Islamabad | PROPERTY GUIDE

After the re-ballot of residential plots at DHA Valley Islamabad has been done, the successful members have been receiving intimation letter from DHA. The authority has intimated important instructions to the members which must be followed so that re-allotment process can be completed after payments verification. Additionally, a schedule of development charges has also been attached with the intimation letter which must be paid as per the schedule.

Those who have open allotment certificates of DHA Valley Islamabad will now be required to convert them into allotment letters after clearance of dues latest by 28 Feb 2019. Similarly, those who have old allotment letters in their names, they will need to deposit their original letters at Transfer & Record Department within 60 days of the re-ballot after clearance of all payable dues for issuance of new allotment letter. In case of non-compliance within given time, the re-ballot result shall stand cancelled.

DHA has also announced the schedule of development charges of 5 marla and 8 marla re-balloted residential plots which are payable over the next 2 years through 8 equal quarterly installments. Development charges of 5 marla plots and 8 marla plots at DHA Valley Islamabad amount to 3 lacs and 4.25 lacs respectively.

It is recommended that members must follow the instructions given above and get their new allotment letters without any delay. Once the procedure of re-allotment is complete, DHA is likely to announce physical possessions of these plots.
